- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Drizzle of Maple Syrup Optional
Set your oven to Broil (500F/260C).
Slice the grapefruit in half.
Drizzle maple syrup on it if you like your food quite sweet.
Broil 3-5 minutes. Watch very carefully so it doesn't burn.
Dust with more cinnamon and serve.
