I was looking through my fridge and found odds and ends and decided to use them up for a juice. It’s a chilly and cloudy June day here, but that’s no reason to not enjoy a bit of sunshine in a glass!
Pick what vegetables and fruits you enjoy. Oranges, pineapple and carrots are a great combination and I just add whatever else I feel like having at the time.

Carrot Pineapple Juice
Such a refreshing drink for a snack or breakfast

Ingredients
- 5 Carrots
- 1/2 small Pineapple
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 inches of Ginger
- 1 Lime
Instructions

After washing the fruit and vegetables, start juicing them, including the skin.

Add ginger in small sections until it tastes right for you as it can overpower the drink.
