Who loves fudge? I absolutely love it, and seeing as it is vegan, it’s all the better! This fudge is so creamy and smooth. I got this recipe from my mom and modified it to be more chocolatey and firm. *As of March 2018, I updated this post to add ingredients that were missing!*
Get all the ingredients together and put into a saucepan. Make sure that you whisk it constantly so that it doesn’t burn.
Put into a dish and let set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Chocolate Orange Fudge
- 1 1/4 Cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Smooth Almond Butter
- 1 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Orange juiced & zested
Line a 9 inch pan with parchment paper.
Combine everything in a saucepan, reserving 1 tsp zest for the top. Add the maple syrup slowly.
Over low - medium heat, stir until it's smooth. Do not let it boil.
Pour into the dish and refrigerate for three hours.
