There’s something about the combination of avocado, basil and jalapenos that’s so satisfying. This would be good on gluten-free pasta too, but I chose to have it on zucchini.

Spiralize the zucchini next.
Blend the ingredients for the sauce and you’re finished!
Zucchini Bowl with Spicy Avocado Sauce
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 1/4 Jalapeno
- 1/2 Cup Basil packed
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth if needed
- 6 - 8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Zucchini
Blend the avocado, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, jalapeno and basil. Add vegetable broth or water if it's too thick.
Spiralize the zucchini on the smallest setting.
Drizzle the sauce over the zucchini and top with cherry tomatoes, basil and chopped jalapenos if desired.
