Is anyone else ready for Winter to be done and over with? We have had lots of snow here the last couple days and I am wishing for Spring to be here now! I have been eating lots of pears hoping it will bring Spring here faster. I don’t know if it’s working, but I am sure enjoying eating them! Pears are so versatile and have such a sweet yet delicate flavor that pairs well with chia pudding.
This pudding is so simple to make and tastes great! Pineapple and pear go well together, and are so naturally sweet that you don’t need to add any sweetner to the dessert. If your pineapple and pears aren’t ripe enough, you might need to add a small amount of maple syrup though. Start by blending the pineapple together until it has no chunks in it and then add it to the pudding base. Add the chia seeds and let it set for an hour before adding the pears and devouring it!
