If you have followed me for awhile, you know that hummus is one of my favorite snacks; add cheese to it, and it makes it so creamy and delicious! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Have you tried the Smoky Artichoke & Herb Cheese from Nuts For Cheese yet? If not, I recommend checking out their products HERE. I normally put a lot of garlic & lemon in my hummus, but I decided to change it up by using a different pairing of ingredients. The lime juice pairs so well with the creaminess of this.
For this hummus, you just put everything in the food processor and blend until it’s really smooth. It doesn’t need much oil at all, but you can add more if you like your hummus runnier. I decided to not use tahini and used my Vegan Ranch Dressing in it. If you can’t find it in your local grocer, check out my recipe for it HERE. Serve this delicious dip with veggies or pita strips.
Cheesy Hummus (Vegan)
A creamy dip
- 1 19 oz Can of Chickpeas
- 60 grams Nuts For Cheese Smoky Artichoke & Herb
- 2 Tbsp Vegan Ranch Dressing
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pulse everything together in a food processor until it is smooth. Serve with vegetables or pita pieces.
