I don’t know about you, but this time of year makes me feel like snacking more. So when I do, I am trying to make sure that it is on the healthier side of snacks. So why not combine a salad and a dip? It works!
Start by combining the vegan cheese, mayo and garlic together. I used Nuts for Cheese Smoky Artichoke & Herb cheese for mine. Once it’s smooth, spread it on a dish and then prep the salad.
The salad topping is so simple to make. Dice all the veggies small and mix it together. Add the vinaigrette and place it on top of the cheese spread. This is amazing with crackers or on top of cucumber rounds!

Greek Salad Dip
A lovely combination of Greek Salad and a vegan cheese dip
Ingredients
Base
- 2 pkgs Nuts for Cheese Smoky Artichoke & Herb
- 1 Tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 Clove Garlic
Topping
- 1/2 of EACH Red & Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 2 Tbsp Red Onion (chopped)
- 5-7 Black Olives
- 2 Tbsp Greek Vinaigrette
Instructions

Combine all the base ingredients and whip until it's smooth.

For the topping, combine everything together and spread on top of the cheese spread. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
So amazingly good! I love Greek Salad.
