Fresh ingredients are vital for smoothies! To make the juice for this, I used approximately four carrots for it. If you don’t have a juicer, you can buy carrot juice at any grocery store. Puree the pineapple and add all the ingredients together. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
Healthy & delicious
- 2 Cups Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (or any dairy free yogurt)
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Carrot Juice
- 1/4 Cup Pureed Pineapple
- 1/4 Cup Blood Orange Juice
Blend everything together and enjoy.
