Peanut Butter Pretzel Fudge (Gluten Free)

 

Fudge is one of those things that is so luxuriant, but so very simple to make. The key to a silky homemade fudge is good ingredients! I am in love with the nut butters from All American Butter! They are a wonderful company to work with!

To start off, you simply melt the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in a sauce pan. Once it is melted, remove from heat and add in the White Chocolate Prezel Peanut Butter. If you can’t find this amazing peanut butter, simply add 1/2 cup crushed gluten free pretzels, and 1/4 cup white chocolate chips in with your peanut butter.

Pour into pan and let it set for at least two to three hours. Once it is firm, you can slice it into 16 pieces!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut Oil
  • ΒΌ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ΒΌ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup All American Butter White Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 inch pan with parchment paper.

  2. Combine the oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Whisk until it's all melted.

  3. Remove from heat and add the peanut butter; stir until it's smooth. Once it's melted, pour into the prepared pan.

  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Recipe Notes

NOTE: If you can’t find the peanut butter, simply add 1/2 cup crushed gluten free pretzels and 1/4 cup white chocolate chips to smooth peanut butter.
