Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats (Gluten Free)

Usually I don’t like banana desserts, but I do love a good banana cream pie. Last night I was craving a banana cream pie, so instead of making one, I made it into overnight oats.

I did use a vanilla pudding cup in this. Let’s be honest here, pre-made pudding is good once in awhile! I do enjoy them, lol. The pudding adds a lot to the flavor of the oats.
