I see nothing wrong with having chocolate for breakfast, but if you do enjoy it, make sure that it is paired with something filling to start your day off right! I mean how can you go wrong with chocolate and cranberries?! These oats are so creamy and satisfying!
Chocolate Cranberry Overnight Oats
An amazing and satisfying breakfast
- ⅓ Cup GF Oats
- ⅔ Cup Plant Based Milk
- 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
- ⅓ Cup Water
- 2-3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Combine the oat ingredients in a jar. Shake and leave for 4 hours or overnight.
For the sauce, combine the cranberries, water, sugar, and vanilla in a pot over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve over the oats.
