Do you enjoy this flavor combination? The first time I had this combo was in a macaron, and I fell in love with it! I also enjoy adding lavender to my London Fogs, so I figured this flavor profile would work in oats. It most definitely does in my oinion!
Earl Grey & Lavender Overnight Oats
A delicate flavored breakfast
- ⅓ Cup GF Oats
- ⅔ Cup Earl Grey Tea (steeped)
- 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ Cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 drop Lavender Oil
- Purple Food Coloring (optional)
Combine all the oat ingredients together in a jar. Shake and let it sit for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Mix the yogurt, lavender, and coloring together. Serve with the oats
