Cut your avocado in half lengthwise, remove seed and peel. Slice the avocado in thin strips.
Start fanning out the avocado until it forms a vertical line.
Roll the avocado slices into a spiral shape.

Ingredients
- 1 Barely Ripe Avocado
- 1/4 Lemon Juiced
Instructions

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.

Remove the seed and carefully peel the skin off.

Place the avocado on your work surface, flat side down, and start slicing, with consistent spacing, approximately three millimeters wide

Start faning the avocado until it forms a vertical line.

Begin curling the slices into a spiral, you'll see very quickly it transform into a rose.

Make sure you cover the whole thing with lemon juice so it doesn't brown.

Carefully move it to the dish and be creative!
