I tried Carrot Ginger Sauce for the first time last week. I don’t know where this has been all my life! It is soooooo good! I will be making this a lot.
This sauce is so simple and quick to make. This dressing usually has honey in it, but I used Buddha Brands Coconut Nectar for the sweetness. To make the sauce, you simply chop the carrots into chunks, and then blend all the ingredients together until it’s smooth. You can use this as a salad dressing, or as a sauce. As you can see below, I used mine in a Buddha Bowl with roasted vegetables.

Carrot Ginger Sauce
A delicious sauce that can go with everything
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Nectar
- 1/3 Cup Neutral Flavoured Oil
- 3 Carrots
- 3 Tbsps Ginger
- 1/4 Yellow Onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsps Sesame Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsps Miso Paste
- 1 Clove of Garlic
Instructions

Cut the carrots into chunks, and then blend everything together until smooth.
Another amazing sauce. The taste is so unique and yet familiar. Wow!
