I haven’t made protein balls in awhile, so I thought I’d make them again. I always forget how easy they are to make, and how much flavour these little guys pack!
I used Prairie Naturals Cafe Caramel Protein Powder in mine. If you can’t find this specific one, use any coffee flavoured protein powder instead. Simply pulse all the ingredients until it has smooth texture. Depending on the kind of oats you use, you may need to add a bit more coffee than is listed. Remember to only add it one teaspoon at a time so it doesn’t get to wet.
Next, you simply roll out the mixture into twenty-four one inch balls. I recommend refrigerating them until they are firm. They will keep up to one week in an airtight container.
