Earl Grey & Lavender Overnight Oats (Gluten Free)


Do you enjoy this flavor combination? The first time I had this combo was in a macaron, and I fell in love with it! I also enjoy adding lavender to my London Fogs, so I figured this flavor profile would work in oats. It most definitely does in my oinion!

  • Cup GF Oats
  • Cup Earl Grey Tea (steeped)
  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


  • ½ Cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 drop Lavender Oil
  • Purple Food Coloring (optional)


  1. Combine all the oat ingredients together in a jar. Shake and let it sit for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  2. Mix the yogurt, lavender, and coloring together. Serve with the oats
