How to Make Delicious Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Yes, I love pumpkin spice and I am not ashamed to admit it. If I can incorporate it into breakfast food, all the better! These oats satisfy any craving and I topped it with banana nice cream. I love topping breakfast foods with it as it has no added sugar, and it looks like you’re eating dessert!

Start by adding pumpkin, spices, and the rest of the ingredients to the milk. If you want to make your own pumpkin pie spice, my recipe for it is HERE. If you don’t want to make it, you can buy it premixed. The recipe for the banana nice cream is below in the recipe card. I revamped the pictures for this recipe and tweaked it slightly to make it taste even better!
