We are forcasted to have very hot weather for the next week, so I am looking for any meal that requires little to no cooking. Overnight oats falls into this category perfectly! If you have followed me for awhile, you know that I love oats. They are versatile and they go with everything.

It is one of the easiest breakfasts you could ever make! You put everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. You may wonder why I added a small touch of almond extract to it. I did it because it made it have such a nice cake-y flavor. Even if you aren’t an almond extract kind of person, I don’t recommend skipping this ingredient as it is what makes it taste cake-like. Adding the sprinkles just before serving prevents them from dissolving while the oats are setting.

Mix everything together and let it sit overnight. Depending on the type of sprinkles, you may want to wait until just before serving to add them so they don't dissolve.

It’s like eating dessert, but it’s healthy!!
