- ⅔ Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- ⅓ Cup GF Oats
- 2-3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Mix everything together, and let it sit overnight.
