The weather has been so warm, and everything has turned green here. To celebrate that, I made a summery and satisfying lemony smoothie! I used my favourite brands to make this smoothie! Yoso has the best yogurt, Buddha Brands has the best coconut nectar & chips, and Cha’s Organics has the best spices! Check out their websites!
This is a simple recipe. Simply add everything to the blender, and blend until it’s smooth. If you don’t have time to freeze your yogurt, you can substitute 1 cup of yogurt & 1 cup of ice cubes in place of the 2 cups of frozen yogurt cubes. Please note though, that the smoothie won’t be as creamy then.

Lemon Ginger Smoothie
A summery & refreshing way to start the day
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Yoso Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (frozen into cubes)
- 1/2 Cup Plant Based Milk
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 tbsp Buddha Brands Coconut Nectar
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
- 1/4 tsp Chas Organics Ground Turmeric
Instructions

Add everything to the blender, and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
Recipe Notes
