I decided to put all my overnight oat recipes from Instagram on my website. They are so simple and full of flavor that I want to share them with you. Lemon poppyseed muffins were one of my favorite before I had to go gluten free. So I knew that this combo would be amazing in oats!

Lemon Poppyseed Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ⅓ Cup GF Oats
- 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- ⅔ Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Poppyseeds
Instructions

Combine everything together in a jar. Shake and let rest in the refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight. Top with fruit.
