Mango Chocolate Parfait


Have you ever tried mango and chocolate together? If not, you are missing out on something very delicious! I recommend trying it right away before you regret it. I found PlowerPlant Whole Foods Inc recently on Instagram and tried their bars, which are delicious! PowerPlant Whole Foods Inc is a British Columbia corporation based in Kelowna. The Company started as a family owned and operated business. PowerPlant was created on the foundation of producing raw, organic, vegan and gluten free products.

Puree the mango chunks until it is smooth. If you like chunks in your puree, then by all means leave them in there as it does add more texture to the parfait.

  • 1 PowerPlant Chocolate Veggie Bar
  • 1 Cup Mango Pieces
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Yogurt


  1. Puree the mango until it is smooth.

  2. Cut the PowerPlant bar into 1 cm pieces.

  3. Layer the bar, yogurt, and then the puree. Repeat until the dish is full.
