I think chocolate mint is one of the most yummy and delicious combinations there are out there, don’t you agree? These vegan chocolates will satisfy all your cravings! They have the texture of fudge, but are minty-ness eveloped in chocolate.
The filling is very simple to make, and only takes a few minutes. Simply combine all the filling ingredients and bring it to a simmer. Using the pure peppermint oil, makes it taste like a peppermint patty. Refrigerate to cool; I recommend at least 1.5 hours, but longer is better. **You could also pour it into a chocolate mold to have fun shapes**
Once the filling is cooled, quickly roll it into balls. It does start to melt fast, so you do have to work fast. Once you have it rolled into 1 inch balls, put back into the refrigerator. After it’s cooled again, dip it in the chocolate, and refigerate until it is set. You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, but I doubt they will last that long for you!
