My Green Juice


Honestly, I love having a green juice in the morning. There is something so invigorating and refreshing about it. It’s such a good way to get your fruit and vegetables in for the day as well!

Choose which green veggies you enjoy. These are the ones I find work well together. Normally I add Kale too, but I couldn’t find any today. With using 20 oz of spinach, you definitely get your veggies for the day in!

With the juicer OFF, pack the chute with spinach leaves.

After you’ve done that three times, slowly add the rest of the veggies and slowly use the pusher to get the maximum amount of juice. Keeping the peel on the lime adds so much flavor so I highly suggest juicing the limes with it on.

  • 20 Ounces Spinach
  • 2 inch section Ginger
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Lime


  1. With the juicer OFF, pack the chute full with spinach leaves, turn on juicer and push down.
  2. Turn juicer off and repeat two more times.
  3. Quarter the apple and slice the lime in half.
  4. Slowly add the rest into the juicer.
