Here is my next overnight oats creation! Orange and chocolate pair very nicely together and in your morning oats, it’s a wonderful treat. It’s super simple to make and it’s enjoyable either hot or cold.
I use two bowls when making my oats only so that I can easily adjust the taste. You don’t need to do this. In fact, you can pour the ingredients into the jar and just shake it up if you prefer. For a more pronounced orange taste, add more orange zest and use less of the coconut milk.

Orange Chocolate Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 3/4 - 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tblsp Orange Zest
- 1 Tblsp Maple Syrup
- Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions

Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add orange zest. Adjust the zest to your personal taste. Add the rolled oats.

Layer the oats and the chocolate chips. Repeat until the jar is full. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
