Orange & Clove Overnight Oats


I think I may have found my favorite pairing for overnight oats! Orange & cloves make an amazing combo, and are usually found together in warm drinks during the winter months. So I put this combination in my oats, and topped it off with banana orange nice cream. It really is a must try!

Combine everything together. You can use ground cloves, or you can blend or crush it yourself. Add the cloves slowly though as it can quickly overpower the dish. You can choose to top it with the nice cream or not. It can make anyone in your family, including yourself, feel like they’re having a treat first thing in the morning!

  • Cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Orange Peel
  • 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
  • ¼-½ tsp Ground Cloves
  • A few drops of Pure Orange Oil
  • Cup Rolled Oats
  • Tbsp Chia Seeds

Orange Nice Cream

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • A couple drops Pure Orange Oil


  1. Combine everything for the oats and stir well. Put in a jar and let sit for 6 hours or overnight.
  2. For the nice cream topping, add the frozen banana and the orange oil to a food processor and whip until it is light and creamy. Serve immediately over the oats.
