Peanut butter and jam is a match made in heaven! I’ve been in love with all things peanut butter lately, so here is the next thing to add to it! It’s super simple and super tasty, and also sugar free. The creaminess of the peanut butter with the slight tartness of the berry “jam” is so good! Yes I topped my oats with nice cream! It’s only blended frozen fruit, so I say why not?
After combining the oat ingredients together, simply add your berries in a blender with a bit of water. The “jam” is that simple. Layer with the oats and refrigerate.

Peanut Butter & Jam Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Oats
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 3/4 Cup Plant-Based Milk
- 2+ Tblsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Jam
- 1 Cup of any Berries
- 1 - 2 Tblsp Water
Instructions

Whisk all the oats ingredients together in a bowl.

In a blender, combine the berries and water and blend just until it turns into a liquid state.

Layer the oats and the jam. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. It can be served hot or cold.
