Peanut Butter Pretzel Fudge (Gluten Free)

Fudge is one of those things that is so luxuriant, but so very simple to make. The key to a silky homemade fudge is good ingredients and patience!

To start off, you simply melt the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in a sauce pan. Once it is melted, remove from heat and add in peanut butter. If you can’t find this specific peanut butter, simply add 1/2 cup crushed gluten free pretzels, and 1/4 cup white chocolate chips in with your peanut butter.

Pour into pan and let it set for at least two to three hours. Once it is firm, you can slice it into 16 pieces!
