Nothing says summer more than Piña Coladas! Instead of having it as a drink, I decided to make it into a nice cream! I love that it’s dairy-free yet so creamy.
Start by hollowing out the pineapple and reserving the fruit.
After blending everything together, put it in your ice cream maker or freezer.
Piña Colada Nice Cream
- 1 - 398 ml can Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Pineapple
- 1 tsp Pure Coconut Extract
- 1 Tblsp Maple Syrup
Cut the pineapple in half and cut the pineapple in chunks.
Put everything into a blender until it smooth.
Pour into the ice cream maker and let it churn for 20 minutes. If you don't have one, put it into a container and freeze for 3 hours.
