It’s pumpkin season again, yay! After you’re done making desserts, I always have leftover pumpkin. Here is a great, and tasty, way to use it up.
This recipe is so easy, and it takes no time at all. You can add as little or as much garlic and basil to your preference. Simply blend all the ingredients together until they are smooth. Serve with your favourite vegetables.
Pumpkin Basil Hummus
A delicious & aromatic appetizer
- 540 ml Canned Chickpeas (drained)
- ⅓ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- ⅓ Cup Fresh Basil
- ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
Blend everything together until smooth. Serve with vegetables.
