Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix


I am a lover of all things pumpkin pie and pumpkin spice! I know there are varying feelings on this, and at this time of year everything is all about this!

This is a very simple recipe to make and it tastes better than the store bought mix. I used Cha’s Organics spices, and I notice a huge difference in using high quality and organic spices! Simply mix everything together and store in an airtight container for up to three months.

To make it into a topping, mix one tablespoon of the spice mix and one teaspoon sugar, OR 1/2 tsp of Stevia. Make sure that you don’t use the liquid or it just becomes a paste. You can use less or more of your desired sweetener. Mix it together and top your pumpkin spice lattes or desserts with it.

  • 1/3 Cup Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg


  1. Mix everything together and store in an air tight container.
