Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Vegan Butter
  • 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Vegetable Stock
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • A few drops Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat and quickly whisk in the flour. Slowly add the vegetable stock and whisk continuously.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until thickened. Serve on mashed potatoes or fries.
