Ingredients

Lemon Pudding

  • 3/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Nectar
  • 1 tsp Pure Lemon Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Peel (grated)
  • 1/3-1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

Lavender Pudding

  • 3/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Nectar
  • A few drops Lavender Oil (culinary)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3-1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients for the lemon pudding in one bowl and make sure you taste it before adding the chia seeds. Add the chia seeds, stir and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Combine the first 4 ingredients for the lavender pudding in one bowl and make sure you taste it before adding the chia seeds. Only add the lavender oil one drop at a time Add the chia seeds, stir and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Layer the two flavors and top with lavender flowers if desired.
