Cranberry & Blood Orange Chia Pudding

Orange Pudding

  • 1/2 Cup Blood Orange Juice approx 2 oranges
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Plant Based Milk

Cranberry Pudding

  • 1 Cup Frozen Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1-2 Tblsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds


Orange Pudding

  1. Juice two blood oranges, or how many it takes to make 1/2 of a cup of juice.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cranberry Pudding

  1. Combine the cranberries, water, maple syrup and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook until the skins split and the cranberries are soft; approximately 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and puree.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour. Layer the flavors in your favorite container. Top with your favorite nice cream and fruit.

  3. To make the Cranberry Nice Cream that is on top of the parfait: In a food processor blend together 1 banana, 1 Cup of frozen cranberries, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 Tblsp of maple syrup. Adjust maple syrup according to taste and serve immediately.
