A meal full of flavor
Rinse and press the tofu for 10 minutes.
Combine the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together.
Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes and marinate it in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
Reserve the marinade. Grill until grill marks appear and the edges are starting to crisp; 7 minutes per side. When you flip the tofu, brush it with more of the marinade.
Brush them again with the marinade when they are finished cooking. Serve with grilled veggies or salad.
