Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Yoso Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 English Cucumber
  • 1 Tblsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and lightly salt it. Squeeze the grated cucumber until all the liquid comes out.

  2. Combine everything in a bowl and serve with vegetables or a pita.
