Ingredients

  • Cup GF Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Milk of Choice
  • 1 Ripe Mashed Banana
  • 1 GF Vanilla Pudding Cup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana. Add pudding, milk, and vanilla. Stir until it's smooth.

  2. Mix everything together in a jar, and let it sit for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
