Chai Smoothie Bowl

Sweet and savory notes in a smoothie make it delightful

  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 2 Tblsp Chai Tea Leaves
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 35 grams Yuve Vanilla Bean Nutritional Shake
  • 2 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tblsp Maple Syrup if needed


  1. Steep the chai leaves in the water for 5 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  2. Combine everything together and whisk.
  3. Freeze three to four hours. You could also add the liquid to an ice cream maker for 12 minutes  NOTE: If you want to enjoy it right away, add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend in the blender.
