Chocolate Blueberry Oats

  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 1 1/3 Cups Oats
  • 1 Tblsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tblsp Maple Syrup optional
  • Pinch Salt


  1. In a saucepan, cook down the blueberries until it makes a sauce. Mash if desired.
  2. Once it's cooked, add water and salt, then bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Return to the heat and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until the oats are tender.
  4. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes. Add desired toppings and serve.
