Pecan Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pecans
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup optional
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Toast pecans over medium heat stirring constantly for 4 - 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Put everything in the food processor and puree until it makes a butter. Approximately 4 - 6 minutes. If it's not sweet enough, add a small amount of maple syrup.
